needle and thREAD

needle and thREAD
Alright! I'm going to try this "needle and thREAD" project!

This week (well, it was actually a couple weeks ago) I made Easter dresses for my little sisters.

You should have seen the look on her face when Father told her after Mass that she looked very nice in her Easter Pink!! She was so proud of her new dress! My favorite part??? The little puffy sleeves! I actually modified the pattern to make the sleeves extra puffy!
This week, I'm reading Loving by Karen Kingsbury. It's the last book in the Bailey Flannigan series and I can't wait to see where God leads her!
Since it's still the Easter season...Happy Easter!

Hope to see you next week!

  1. What a wonderful big sister you are :) (I am a big sister too, but I can't say I was nice enough to make my sisters and brother clothes when they were little LOL).
And I am with you- puffy sleeves are the best. In fact, my Easter dress for my daughter was chosen for its puffy sleeves- she likes them too!

    Nice work!

  2. The dresses are beautiful, Teresa! I love the material that you chose, too. I am going to look into the book series you are reading for our girls...thanks for the recommendation!!
