Baby Blanket Part 2

needle and thREAD

This week, we finished the baby blanket from the previous post. No pictures because the blanket is at the assisted living facility, but I'll paint another one for you. :)
This time, there are only three women sitting at the table. After multiple times of repeating what they're doing today and attempting to help them remember when we started the blanket, they're all on the same page. After the top of the blanket is lined up with the back, it is sewn together and then turned inside out. It is straightened out and then top stitched around the outer edge and.......Ta Da! A finished project! A perfect sized baby blanket for a little boy! The ladies jump excitedly into cutting out and sewing pink squares for a baby girl blanket. Hopefully this will be completed before the end of the month.

I'm not doing much reading because I'm taking online science lectures without a book. Ha! Yeah, right. Anyways they're great, but I'm still in the same place I was in my book three weeks ago!
